Stainless Steel Straight Coupling is machined after forging of round steel or steel ingots. Its connection form is socket welding (socket welding-SW). The steel pipe is inserted into the socket hole for welding. Therefore, it is called "Stainless Steel Straight Coupling”.
Stainless Steel Straight Coupling essentially means that when the branch pipe is connected to the main pipe, it is enlarged through the half-pipe joint to facilitate welding, and then the other end is connected to the branch pipe.
Straight coupling is widely used in pipes of different diameters, including tee, cross, etc., and can also be used for water meters and valves. Due to the socket structure, the pipe joint reduces the cost and is extremely convenient to install, use, and maintain. It has a lot of advantages, like a smooth surface, not easy to corrode, zero maintenance, and long service life. It also has extremely high leakage prevention capabilities and has great market prospects.
