A Stainless Steel 90° long radius tube bends is a pipe that bends a straight pipe into a certain angle or curve, presenting a larger curve shape. Compared with short-radius elbows, its bending radius is larger, making the bending of the pipe more gradual.
As a kind of pipe fitting connection, long-radius tube bends can be made of different materials according to different usage scenarios and working conditions, such as steel, stainless steel, copper, plastic, etc. We use stainless steel: 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel. Because stainless steel has good oxidation resistance, and acid and alkali resistance, it is used to make tube bend pipe fittings for use in various industrial fields and environments.
Stainless steel long-radius tube bends have a larger bending radius, usually 1.5 or 2 times the pipe diameter. Compared with short-radius bends, long-radius bends have a more gradual curvature and take up more space. However, it can still be used in various pipeline systems to change the flow direction of the pipeline, so that the pipeline can adapt to the layout and installation requirements, and ensure the smooth operation of the pipeline system.
